Effective: July 6, 2026 · Version 2026-07-06-glint-v2
Glint ("Service") is operated by AurumFlux AI, Inc., a California corporation ("AurumFlux," "we"). The Service helps agencies monitor multiple client stores for billing leaks and margin issues. Default mode is approve-before-execute — we act only after your approval.
By registering, connecting client accounts, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your agency.
Pro: $299/month · 10 client stores. Scale: $499/month · 30 client stores. Prices USD. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled via Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing [email protected]. We may change prices with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Free tier: one-time scan of up to 3 clients. No guarantee of findings or recovered revenue.
$-at-risk figures and leak detections are operational estimates based on API data. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any amount will be recovered. You must verify material actions before approving.
Glint is a software tool, not a law firm, CPA, payment processor, or fiduciary. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurumFlux's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages, or for actions taken on your approval in client systems.
You indemnify AurumFlux against claims arising from your lack of client authorization, your approvals, or your violation of Stripe/Shopify terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will detect every billing leak or issue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected] and allowing 30 days to resolve. Any unresolved dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, or, at either party's election, finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
See Privacy Policy for data practices. You may request account deletion via API or email. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.
